Exchange and return of items
If you wish to exchange or return an item purchased at www.lau-buru.com, you can do so within a maximum period of 15 days from the delivery date. If you wish to exchange your order for a different item or another size, you will have to place a new order and process the return of the unwanted one.
All returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the tag. Items that do not meet these characteristics will be denied.
